Junko Aylett-Tsurubuchi

Graduated from Waseda University Graduate School with a Master's degree in English Education. Also graduated from Goldsmiths College, University of London, with a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics.

Qualified as a Junior and Senior High School Teacher in Japan, obtained a Japanese Teaching License from SOAS, and CELTA certificate (Certified English Language Teaching) at level 5, specialising in bilingual education and second language acquisition.

Working at the Japanese Saturday School in London since 2007, teaching GCSE, A-levels, JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and business Japanese at secondary schools and sixth forms in and around London.

Over 20 years of experience teaching Japanese to individuals and groups within the classrooom and in one-to-one private tuition.
